These terms apply when you use the Prospect + website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to them. If you become a client, a separate service agreement will govern the services we provide and will take priority where it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about our lead generation and appointment setting services. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a binding offer. A booked call does not create a client relationship or commit either party to proceed.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Advertising and sales outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer, budget, targeting, speed of response and the client's sales process. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular number of leads, appointments, customers, sales or revenue.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights or the law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Prospect + owns or licenses the website content, branding and design. You may view and share links to the site for ordinary business purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify or commercially use the content without written permission.
